Welcome to WOLEKA. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, "Conditions") govern access to, browsing of and purchase of products through the website https://woleka.com (hereinafter, the "Website"). By placing an order, the user declares that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Conditions.
We recommend reading them and keeping a copy before completing your purchase.
1. Owner information (legal information)

2. Purpose
These Conditions govern the sale of the products offered by WOLEKA through the Website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties arising from purchase transactions.
WOLEKA reserves the right to modify at any time the presentation, configuration and contents of the Website, as well as these Conditions. The applicable Conditions will be those in force at the time each order is placed.
3. User
Access to and use of the Website confers the status of user and implies acceptance of these Conditions. To make a purchase, the user declares that they are of legal age (18 or over) and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
The user undertakes to provide truthful, accurate and up-to-date information in the order forms and will be responsible for the data provided.
4. Products
The products offered on the Website are accompanied by a description, images and features. The images are for guidance only and may show slight variations in colour or detail compared to the physical product, due to each screen's settings.
WOLEKA makes every effort to ensure product information is correct. In the event of an obvious typographical error in the price or description, WOLEKA reserves the right to cancel the affected order, informing the customer and refunding any amount paid.
Product availability is subject to stock. If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, the customer will be informed and the corresponding amount refunded.
5. Prices
All prices shown on the Website are expressed in euros (€) and include VAT and other applicable taxes.
Shipping costs, if any, are indicated before completing the purchase. WOLEKA currently offers free shipping throughout Spain with no minimum purchase (see the Shipping Policy for exceptions or special destinations).
Volume discounts (packs of 2 or 3 units) are applied automatically at checkout according to the current conditions shown on the product page. WOLEKA reserves the right to modify prices and promotions at any time; the applicable price will be the one in force at the time the order is placed.
6. Purchase process
- The customer selects the product, colour, size and, where applicable, the desired pack.
- They add the product to the cart and review the order summary (products, quantities, discounts and total).
- They fill in the shipping and billing details.
- They select the payment method and confirm the order.
- After confirmation, the customer will receive a confirmation email with the order details.
Confirmation of the order by WOLEKA by email completes the contract of sale. The customer should keep that email as proof of purchase.
7. Payment methods
WOLEKA accepts the following payment methods, shown at checkout:
- Credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Union Pay)
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- Klarna (deferred / instalment payment, subject to the provider's conditions)
All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways with SSL encryption. WOLEKA does not store customers' complete card details.
8. Shipping and delivery
Shipping conditions, times and coverage areas are detailed in the Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Conditions.
In general:
- Orders are processed within approximately 24 working hours.
- The estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 working days to the mainland.
- The customer will receive a tracking number by email.
Times are estimates and may be affected by causes beyond WOLEKA's control (holidays, transport incidents, force majeure).
9. Right of withdrawal (returns)
In accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), a customer acting as a consumer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the purchase without needing to give a reason.
Additionally, as a voluntary commercial guarantee, WOLEKA offers an extended period of 30 days for returns, under the conditions detailed in the Return Policy.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify us unequivocally at hola@woleka.com, stating the order number. The product must be returned in suitable condition. WOLEKA will refund the amounts paid using the same payment method used for the purchase, within the legally established period after receiving the return or proof of its shipment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the cases provided for by law (for example, sealed products not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, where applicable).
10. Warranty
The products carry the applicable legal warranty in accordance with current consumer protection regulations. In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the customer may contact hola@woleka.com to arrange repair, replacement, price reduction or termination of the contract as appropriate.
11. Liability
WOLEKA shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the product other than its intended use, nor for incidents caused by force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances or the actions of unrelated third parties.
The product is a pet accessory for domestic use. WOLEKA is not responsible for negligent use or use contrary to the instructions provided.
12. Intellectual and industrial property
All contents of the Website (texts, images, designs, logos, the "WOLEKA" brand, code and structure) are the property of WOLEKA or of third parties who have authorised their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property regulations. Their reproduction, distribution or transformation without express authorisation is prohibited.
13. Data protection
The processing of personal data provided by the user is governed by the Privacy Policy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).

WOLEKA undertakes to respond within a maximum of 48 working hours.
15. Dispute resolution and applicable law
These Conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers are informed that an online dispute resolution platform is available from the European Commission at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
For the resolution of any dispute, and where consumer regulations allow, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals corresponding under the legislation applicable to consumers.
16. Partial invalidity
If any clause of these Conditions is declared null or unenforceable, such nullity shall not affect the remaining clauses, which shall remain valid and applicable.
